Phone bills make me angry
Last year November I retired, which means that my phone bill should go down. Of course my first bill in December: still paying the normal fees.
Not to worry: I phone the phone company (that’s how they make their money I guess…) and told them the problem.
Blablabla: first bill sir, was not yet in our computer system sir, for sure will be ok next time and than we will calculate a refund.
So this month: still the old billing system and of course no refund.
Well, seems I will have to drive their myself and make sure I see my name and details in their system before I leave the building…
As usual: everything will be cheaper… if you go the extra mile…
